Once a pastor and professor, then a director of faith formation, and always a writer, I am primarily a mystagogue at heart, which means that I am deeply interested in helping restore the ancient practice of sacramental formation to the church through which Christians new and mature were further encouraged to submit to the transformation of Christ through encounter with him in the sacramental worship of the body of Christ.
